Lets Go Roatan Tours

1. Booking & Deposit Policy

  • A $10 USD per person deposit is required to secure your reservation.
  • Your booking is confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
  • All deposits are non-refundable and help cover administrative and operational costs.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • If a guest cancels their reservation for any reason, a minimum $20 USD cancellation fee will be retained.
  • If the total deposit paid is $20 or less, no refund will be issued.
  • If the total deposit paid exceeds $20, any amount over $20 may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible through our official contact channels.

3. Cruise Ship & No-Show Policy

  • If the cruise ship successfully docks at the port, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including:
    • No-shows
    • Late arrivals
    • Same-day or last-minute cancellations
    • Changes of plans
  • Guests are responsible for arriving at the meeting location on time.

4. Weather & Force Majeure

  • In cases of severe weather, natural disasters, port closures, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, Let’s Go Roatan Tours may cancel or modify tours for safety reasons. In such situations, guests may be offered the option to reschedule or receive a partial refund.
  • If a guest chooses to cancel their reservation rather than reschedule, a minimum $20 USD administrative and booking fee will still be retained, and any remaining balance may be refunded according to our cancellation policy.
  • Our priority is always the safety of our guests while providing fair and transparent service.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
  • Transaction and processing fees are non-refundable.

6. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Requests to change tour dates or times must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • All changes are subject to availability.
  • One complimentary reschedule may be offered when possible.

7. Agreement to Terms

  • By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept these Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Terms. Our goal is to provide you with a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience in Roatán.
